About Us
Square 10 Source was incorporated in 2016, with the goal of being the best Division 10 company in the Tampa Bay area. Founding partners came from different backgrounds, but each brought strengths and knowledge that has been invaluable in the molding of this new company. Jeremy Line, the CEO, graduated from the University of Florida in 2000 and worked as Project Manager for a general contractor for 16 years. Prior to resigning his PM position, he completed more than 20 major hospital renovation projects including a $20 million Central Energy Plant. Chuck Hancock, VP of Field Operations, has been installing Division 10 products for 20 years. He is by far the best Division 10 installer in the Tampa Bay area, and possibly the state of Florida.

Graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in construction management. Project Manager for Creative Contractors for 15 years, primarily in hospital construction. Jeremy’s history as a project manager prepared him for his new career at Square 10 Source.

Kelsey Batronie
Project Manager
Joined Square 10 Source in 2018, with a background in home renovations. Her organizational skills ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. She enjoys singing, songwriting, and musical production.
Stacey Gimson
Estimator
The newest addition to the team, Stacey brings 20 years of experience in Division 10, including estimating and field operations. A Florida native, she enjoys attending Tampa Bay Lightning games.
